We have a multistep process to help us provide the best possible outcome for your remodel.
Initial Consultation
We’ll inspect the site, discuss your needs and materials, and give a verbal price range. If you’re interested, we’ll offer a design agreement for more accurate pricing.
Technical Evaluation
On the second meeting, you will meet your project manager. We’ll confirm the details of your project, take measurements, and review the construction process with you.
Design Selection
In the third phase, you’ll meet with our designer to discuss your goals, explore options, and, if applicable, review a rendering for full room remodels.
Trades Evaluation
In step four, we bring in our trusted trade partners to ensure every detail is addressed. This allows us to gather precise pricing and preemptively address any potential challenges.
Proposal Presentation
We’ll send a detailed proposal, which includes a comprehensive scope of work, via email for your review and electronic signature. After approval, materials will be ordered.
Final Confimation
After all materials have arrived, items will be inspected to reduce risk of delays due to damages. The project manager will set up a final call to confirm all the details one last time.
Project Execution
During construction, we take every precaution to protect your home, including using floor coverings and dust barriers. You’ll also receive a GANTT chart to keep you informed of the project timeline.
