New Franklin, Ohio
New Franklin sits in the southern part of Summit County and blends historic roots with modern suburban living. Originally, the area formed as Franklin Township in 1817 and included early villages such as Manchester, Savannah, Clinton, Orradeen, and Pumroy. Over time, families descended from early settlers helped shape the community and establish its long-standing character.
Later, residents took steps to protect that identity. In 1997, the village of New Franklin incorporated to prevent annexation from neighboring cities. Then, in 2003, residents voted to merge the village with Franklin Township. As a result, New Franklin officially became a city in 2006.
Today, nearly 14,000 residents call New Franklin home. Additionally, the city features a mix of historic houses and newer developments. Homeowners continue to invest in maintaining and improving their properties, balancing tradition with modern comfort.
At Adonis Kitchen & Bath, we proudly serve homeowners throughout New Franklin. Likewise, we respect the city’s commitment to preserving character while updating homes for everyday living. Whether a homeowner plans a kitchen remodel or a bathroom renovation, we guide each project with thoughtful planning and professional execution.
Ultimately, New Franklin offers more than a place to live. Instead, it offers a strong sense of continuity and community pride. Therefore, we’re proud to support that legacy by helping homeowners create kitchens and bathrooms that reflect both personal style and long-term value.
