This kitchen remodel in Akron, Ohio involved significant structural and exterior modifications to improve flow, light, and overall function. The project included removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, relocating the exterior entrance by converting a door to a window and a window to a door on a brick façade, and creating a more open, connected layout. Alabaster KraftMaid Vantage cabinetry lines the perimeter, paired with rich brown KraftMaid island cabinetry, Calacatta Miraggio Cove quartz countertops, and a classic Portmore White glossy tile backsplash. Countertop towers replace standard wall cabinets for a more elevated feel, while a Hoodsly wood range hood, panel-ready Thermador refrigerator, dedicated wet bar area, and Wescott Cone pendant lighting complete this transitional kitchen.
