Our Process
We have a multistep process to help us provide the best possible outcome for your remodel.
The Budget Assessment
When a homeowner contacts Adonis Kitchen & Bath, we begin with a brief conversation by phone or email. This step helps confirm that we’re the right fit for the project. We share clear, upfront information, including typical investment ranges and current scheduling availability, so expectations stay aligned from the start.
If everything looks like a good match, we schedule an on-site walkthrough. During this visit, we review the existing space, discuss goals, and talk through the overall vision for the remodel. Based on this information, we provide a preliminary investment range to help guide next steps.
When the budget range aligns with the project goals, we move forward with a design agreement and begin the detailed planning phase.

The Design Phase
This is the first step to making sure everything goes according to plan. During the design phase, we will get accurate measurements of your space, meet you at showrooms to discuss material options and details, create permit-ready mechanical plans, and provide 3D renderings to ensure we have a clear vision for the project. One of the biggest complaints we hear about homeowners working with other contractors is, they didn’t install what was expected. This issue is actually even more common than bad workmanship, so we work diligently to avoid those mistakes, in addition to educating and consulting to create a beautiful design.

The Preconstruction Phase
The next step is all about creating precision and accuracy before any tools ever enter the site. During the preconstruction phase, we will discuss any changes that may have occured during design, discuss any concerns we may have with layouts, products, or execution, introduce our technicians as necessary to the project so they can review and help us avoid any potential speed bumps with the project, submit plans for permitting, and discuss the project schedule. Even when products are accurate, completion is on time and workmanship is of good quality, a project can still be considered a failure if clear expectations are not set. This step is all about making sure everybody is on the same page.

The Construction Phase
Once preconstruction is complete, it’s time to put the plan into motion! Products will be delivered and inspected first, to make sure everything is in good shape prior to demolition. Then, we begin the physical labor with our crew of experts. We have a minimum of 7 years experience, as well as a thorough and in depth interview process, for our tradespeople to work on our projects.
Our extremely knowledgeable construction manager is in place, specifically to ensure high quality project execution after hand-off from our project manager.
